You can only change it when you file your 2020 return.  And you can't file until Jan27.  You enter or change it when you go through the File Tab.

I filed the other day, nothing has been accepted; it says about February 12. Im wanting to change the way I put to get my refund i didn't mean to click what I did, and now im not sure how to fix everything. I would like to go direct deposit on a Turbotax card. Can I somehow change what I accidently did now, or what can I do?

Did you already e-file?  If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section and change how you want to receive your refund.

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.

If you e-filed:

Banking information for direct deposit is wrong

If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected.  If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it.  The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS.  Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return.  Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.

My bank account was hacked. I had to close my account how am I to get my refund. Is there a phone number I can call to give them my new account

No you cannot call to change your bank information with the IRS.    If your refund goes to a closed account it will go back to the IRS and then they will mail you a check.

Once a tax return is filed the method or means to receive a tax refund cannot be changed.
