Please explain exactly what you mean. It's not clear. Did you have a tax refund from 2018 that you never received from the IRS or state?
Or did you mistype? Are you asking how to find your 2018 tax return you filed that you prepared in Online TurboTax? Or what?

I'm sorry, but I don't fully understand that. Plus that long run-on sentence with no punctuation is not the easiest to read. This is a user community forum. I don't know what you meant about Metabank card you don't have. Did you lose a Metabank card that has your 2018 refund money still on it? Or are you simply worried that your stimulus will go to an old debit card you had?
I can't help you much with the economic stimulus payment. However, if you filed a tax return in 2018 or 2019, see if the new IRS "Get My Payment" tool at the IRS website is helpful in locating your economic stimulus information and changing any deposit info, if needed.

In regard to the stimulus payment, at that link above the IRS says to use the "Get My Payment" application to:

@Cafrix Downloaded what?
If you used desktop software downloaded/installed from a CD to your own computer, then the tax files are stored locally on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive. They are not stored online. If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $50, an actual copy of your tax return.

I filed 2018 with turbo tax can you find my refund bank information from the last time i filed
No. We have no access to your account or your tax return.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
