Can I get a refund advance since my tax return has been accepted?

Unfortunately if you were given the option to select the Refund Advance , and did not select the option to receive it before e-filing you have missed the window to do so. See this FAQ regarding how the  Refund Advance works.

I was approved for the tax advance loan but it’s says u have to wait 24 -48 hours after the irs accept it.

You’ll receive your Refund Advance virtual card info within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed return, by email. Any balance of your tax refund remaining will be sent to you after the IRS has accepted and processed your tax return, usually within 21 days.  To check the status of your refund, or to track your federal refund, look on the IRS Where's My Refund site.

My federal return is over $4,000 and I only got $500 advance after IRS accepted my e-file. I wouldn't do it again. Maybe try H&R.

Once your tax return has been accepted, you will be notified by email of your approved amount. The refund advance program is run through First Century Bank, a partner site, and they are responsible for determining if you qualify. You may need to check your junk or spam mail folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox.  You should receive your temporary card information by email and you will have to set up your account online. You can expect to receive a couple of emails during this process to get your account set up. Forty-eight hours after your acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card. The temporary card info will work for 15 days or until you activate your physical Turbo Card, which will arrive within 5 to 10 business days of IRS acceptance and loan approval.

I was approved, and accepted, but received, an email saying I wasn't approved. I feel like i was taken advantage of because had I of known I wasn't going to get the advance I would have used a different service . This is like a bait, and switch. I am not happy with your service.

The initial approval is just a pre-qualification. If you don't qualify, you'll receive an email confirming you won’t receive a Refund Advance. It will include information about why you were not eligible for a Refund Advance. Your federal refund (minus any other agreed upon fees) will be loaded onto a Turbo Visa Debit Card. I never got a temp card I got the actual card with in a week after filing on 01/12/2020. I got my advance about an hour after the IRS accepted it on 1/27/2020 on the card.

I went through Jackson Hewitt I got the 500 dollar early access then I chose the 2000 go big and received within seconds of choosing on the card I chose from them. hassle free. yes it costed me 500 to file with them and get the card but my return was almost 10000. so it was worth it.
