To complete and file a 2017 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2017 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2017 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

You have to file each year separately.  Online is only for 2020.  Did you enter 2017 into it?  Then you might have a big problem.  You have to do 2017 on your computer.

To do a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop program here,
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2018

You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.

Or you can get the blank forms from the IRS and fill them out for free.

If you want to file for free you can fill out the forms by hand.  Here are some basic forms.....

Don’t forget your state.  And you will have to print and mail your returns.  So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Are you saying you received a 2017 tax refund during calendar year 2020?

A 2017 Federal refund is not reported on your 2020 Federal tax return (except perhaps when calculating the sales tax deductions), but might need to be on your 2020 State return  If so, it will be covered during the State interview.

A 2017 State refund is reported on your 2020 Federal return only if you itemized on that 2017 Federal filing, and claimed an itemized deduction for state income taxes paid.

It sounds like you already filed 2020.  If so, you may have to amend when the 1040-X form is ready at the end of March.  If however, you need to file a 2017 original or amended return, pleas post back here.
