I cannot even comprehend the fact that because my taxes are still taking time (like millions of other Americans)that you guys are going to come after me for payment when it's supposed to be taken out of my taxes. you guys can wait for that s*** too.. to be honest I may never use you guys again this is f****** b*******

If your company understands these are unprecedented times you would not have sent such an email. the IRS is having problems processing taxes on time, you guys are reaching out to your customers some of the which have had the worst year of their lives, for a payment of a product in which you guys leave an option to collect your payment when the taxes are received, now all the sudden it is your customers fault the IRS in the feds are taking this long? To be honest it's more upsetting than anything and I would probably use a different platform next year.

The flex I bought from Sam's club would NOT load so I downloaded frum Turbotax.com an used the license code from the flex disk NOW you want to charge me again for the download and take it from my refund.  Horrable business practice.

Instead of using the CD/download did you use online software?   You cannot pay for online with that code.

 

You will probably have to seek help from customer support---but here is some information on how to switch to the download if you used online by mistake.

 If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
