If your company understands these are unprecedented times you would not have sent such an email. the IRS is having problems processing taxes on time, you guys are reaching out to your customers some of the which have had the worst year of their lives, for a payment of a product in which you guys leave an option to collect your payment when the taxes are received, now all the sudden it is your customers fault the IRS in the feds are taking this long? To be honest it's more upsetting than anything and I would probably use a different platform next year.
