My turbo prepaid card account was closed without my knowledge. I was told the irs closed it so how do i get another card for my taxes to be deposited on?

That phone number is BS. You can't talk to anyone and after you give it your info it says you have called the wrong number you need to call the number on the back of your card. But that is the same number. I am very frustrated

I was not notified of my turbo prepaid card was close and that I can not use it anymore and I think that if was very unfair and I can't even login to get a new one if I wanted too. And know how am I going to reserve my money. I rather get a paper check thank you.
