My state website says my state return was issued on 2/14.

It is now 7 days later and I still have not recieved it on my Turbo Visa Card. Is tgis commonplace for it to take this long or is something wrong??

You may not have received your state income tax refund beacuse it has not been processed yet. State and federal refunds are processed by two different agencies. See this FAQ  for more information regarding How to track my state refund. Here is where you Get to know more about your Turbo card!

My state refund was processed and apprived and sent accroding to my state website. When i call the automated system for the turbo visa card it tells me that the deposit from the state return was sent back to the agency because information didnt match between the turbo account and the info on the tax return which does not.make any sense. I called the state agency and they have no record of the deposit being rejected and on their end it shows it was accepted by the bank so someone please tell me where my.money is and where my federal return money is going to be sent!

Getting to know the Turbo® Visa® Debit Card

Once your return was Accepted by your State Dept. of Revenue or the IRS, TurboTax receives no further updates from them and is not involved in the refund process.

Except they dont have a functional customer service. You can not speak to anyone. It is solely an automated system that basically tells you that you are screwed.

If you are expecting to receive a refund, did you request a paper check to be mailed to you? Or how did you opt to receive your funds?
