Last year I paid $85 to file. This year, it's $135. Why? Did I make a mistake when selecting the way I file ? The were advertising to me that their rate had gone down.

Are there only 2 options, Live help and MAX?

We cannot see what software you used last year. However, you have a choice between using the "do-it-yourself" software and the Live Assisted or Full Service Live. And you could have used Deluxe or Premium online----at different price points.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?
