It's said my refund has been deposited into my account but my account has not received it

It may take up to 5 business days from the date the IRS issued the federal tax refund before it shows as a deposit on your bank.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

What is the date the IRS website indicated that it was sent - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
It
Some traditional banks don't deposit until 6 am
What if it was sent to your bank so my turbo tax payment could be deducted how long after will I receive my share.
If you used the refund processing service to have the TT fees withheld from the federal refund then when the refund is released from the IRS it goes to the processing bank first and then on to your bank. Although each bank can take up to 5 business days to process and post the deposit it usually only takes a couple of days depending on when they post their deposits ... most are usually done overnight.
What if you are getting the run around by your bank, IRS, and Turbo tax each one pointing the finger at the other two parties meanwhile the IRS says that my refund was deposited on feb16th and the funds never showed up in my account. It's now March 1st and nothing. Even verified the account and routing number from my tax printout and it's all correct. Seems like I'm being taken for a felony amount of money.
I am having the exact same problem my says sent on Feb 16th and still nothing I've called every where and no one can tell me where my money is I called offset and they don't have it someone can u please help us figure this out because apparently IRS my bank or TurboTax can tell me anything

So this IRS tool shows that the refund was sent on 2/16?
Where was it supposed to go--was it to go directly from the IRS to your bank (or card)? Or did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? If the latter, that would mean it would go first to an intermediary bank first where the fees are subtracted. Then the intermediary bank would send the rest to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit. That latter process is handled by a company SBTPG, and if you paid your fees that way, you can use the SBTPG lookup tool at their website. If applicable to your situation, you can use the "For Taxpayers" portal at:
" I've called every where"
I don't know what "everywhere" means. Does that mean you've spoken to a live IRS agent and also a live person at SBTPG (if you chose to pay TurboTax fees out of your refund?)
I had the fees taken out of my refund. And also everywhere as in I called the IRS, TurboTax, my bank, offsets and SBTPG. Still no explanation.

The IRS may be willing to tell you where they sent the original deposit (i.e., in regard to the bank name), and if the deposit was successful. ACH electronic deposits have confirmation numbers that I suspect the IRS can trace to confirm a successful deposit or a deposit rejection.
Did you happen to have EITC or ACTC tax credits? 2/16 was around the time they first started paying out refunds for filers who had those types of credits. I wonder if they had planned to send it on that date, but then perhaps got tied up in some EITC/ACTC review not reflected in the WMR tool.
What if it’s been 7 days and Santa Barbara has no record of your refund been sent to them from the irs.. and IRS has sent refund and all information is correct.. have no offsets .. you can’t talk to someone real with the Santa Barbara bank just and auto system
