Where was it supposed to go--was it to go directly from the IRS to your bank (or card)? Or did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? If the latter, that would mean it would go first to an intermediary bank first where the fees are subtracted. Then the intermediary bank would send the rest to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit. That latter process is handled by a company SBTPG, and if you paid your fees that way, you can use the SBTPG lookup tool at their website. I don't know what "everywhere" means. Does that mean you've spoken to a live IRS agent and also a live person at SBTPG (if you chose to pay TurboTax fees out of your refund?)
