I FIles with h and r block for the first time this year in hopes for the advance. I didn’t get approved for the advance and I’m getting significantly less. Cal I refile?

No.  If you have e-filed your tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS, you cannot e-file another tax return.

If you already filed a tax return, you cannot just file again.  You just have to wait until your e-filed return has been processed and you receive your refund. 

 "I’m getting significantly less"  If you made a mistake on your return filed with H & R Block then you can amend after you receive your refund.  But amend with H & R Block.
