The instructions that xmasbaby0 gave you will produce a PDF of your tax return. (The first link applies if you have not yet filed the tax return, and the second link applies if you have already filed.) The federal and state tax returns are together in one PDF. When you open the PDF in Acrobat Reader and click Print you will be able to select the pages that you want to print.
