I did everything that I was supposed to do to be eligible fir the refund advance I had a w2 I had a refund of close to 7000 with my state I even had a credit karma account ..but it was not transparent at all it was not clear at what part of the tax filing program I would be able to  apply for the advance from my tax filing process .. after I submitted  the taxes I would surely get the chance to apply but no I actually  unknowingly  forfeited my right to the advance it was  never clear at all and the whole world would actually agree with me. It's a scam they want your money fir the tax service but they don't actually want you ti get the highly promoted tax advance refund.. I am so disappointed  with this service and I would never recommend  turbo tax to anyone especially after the help I got by one if there associates today they basically  told tough luck too late and laughed at me..

I agree. I have been using turbo tax for years. Refund advance I do every year. There was no  where. I seriously think there is a glitch.

I am right in the same boat with you. I have a really nice lady on the phone now, but she doesn't have the power to fix it, apparently you need to be 'selected'. Not only do you have to be eligible, but you have to be magically 'picked' to get it. Why promote it to the general public if you aren't going to allow most people to receive it. There is some kind of glitch. Instead of admitting that their software is absolute trash, this is what they are telling their loyal employees to tell their 'valued' customers. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! I will NEVER use Turbotax again.
