Why can I not get a LIVE person I am so frustrated!! None of these sites help I am so confused now because of all the times I had to enter password and user name !! I got an advance which was sent to a card I don’t have I never received any emails AND....I am now locked out of my login !!!

Have you checked your junk or spam folders for the email? 

If you are having trouble creating an account or logging into your Turbo Prepaid Card online account, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

You will get a notice in 1hr, then you have to set up an account. The money will then hit the account within 48 hrs.
