How do i get my temp card info

it dose not allow you to set up an account without a card number. How do you get around that?

"You will receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. Once your online account is set up, you will receive temporary card information that you can use to spend online. You should receive a physical card in the mail within 5-10 business days after the IRS accepts your return."

I called them a few times but They’re send my personalized card faster because of technical difficulties on their end

When did you receive your temp card email? I still haven’t and i got my approval email yesterday. I’ve check everywhere, spam, junk

@Jessicamk94  I received an email when my refund was accepted and then the very next day I received  and email saying my funds were deposited onto my card but when I clicked the link to login for the temporary card information I couldn’t find anything so I had to wait until I got the actual card and then activated it.

I tried to order food online and it wouldn’t go through. Not on Grubhub, ubereat, postmarked, dominoes, or anything! Called customer care and they said my card was fine & they would put in a ticket & to wait an hour. Smfh. An hour later still nothing! I could’ve waited for my actual refund

It’s says my account has been locked ??? I got a refund advance but no card and nothing was sent to me to get a temporary card?

It is my refund got rejected 2 x it wouldn’t let me claim my son because he is 18 so it lowered my refund then it accepted it gave me an advance but no card info and it says I am locked out of the login for 24 hours !!!
