It is my refund got rejected 2 x it wouldn’t let me claim my son because he is 18 so it lowered my refund then it accepted it gave me an advance but no card inf...

It’s says my account has been locked ??? I got a refund advance but no card and nothing was sent to me to get a temporary card?
