How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
Or...do you mean things stored in the left-window "Documents" area.... below "Tax Home"?
_____
I don't have an answer to that, but someone else might. (I've never used it)
That is not the answer, my question is "How do I delete the documents that I uploaded in the Documents section?" not the forms that created by Turbo Tax.
@lungfuatx I'm not sure the "Free" users have actual access to that section.
IF you uploaded files into the Documents section, during a prior year, when you were using one of the Fee-based versions, but are using "Free" this year....I don't know what happens.....whether you get full access without upgrading again or not.
________
Do any of the Champs actually use the Documents/MyDocs section in the Online version to store Tax documents? They may know how to delete what has been stored there. OF course the issue with using "Free" this year by the OP might intrude.
@SteamTrain Think this FAQ gives the answer. If you are not using one of the paid online editions or Plus with the Free editions you do not have access to My Docs - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/small-business-processes/get-access-docs...
I do not personally use My Docs.
I'm using the Free Edition. If Documents Section is not covered in the Free Edition, Turbo tax should not allow the Free Edition User upload the file to the Documents Section. If they do, they should provide a way for the user to delete the file.

Me neither.
Look like this is an an unsolvable problem.
I'm have the same problem, unable to delete documents from Documents section in my intuit.com account
Same here!
It is impossible to delete documents! TurboTax online is the most horrid piece of software I have ever used. The desktop version was great. Used it for years, now they screwed everyone and can't use it. How can you have an online feature to upload documents and not allow deletion? Can't even figure out how to delete a company where it is filing as sole and not an S corp and the documents are wrong. how do I even delete my account here? If you can't delete a document, you can't possibly have a secure service.
You actually can delete documents. The system just doesn't make it easy. Essential documents that were uploaded and are necessary for tax preparation stay in the system so that they aren't accidentally removed. But all personal and private secure data is owned by the customer. So you can delete it, it just needs you to go through the hoops.
You need to submit a delete request through your Intuit account manager.
First, login to your Intuit account here.
Second, select Data Privacy
Third, select Delete
Finally, select Make a Delete Request and fill out the form. You'll tell the system what program and what data you want deleted and it will take care of it.
@Anonymous
I followed the directions above and now I can no longer log into my account. The message I get is: "We got your request to delete your data. You won't be able to sign in to while we're working on it. This could take around 45 days." I had to create a new account with a different email and now I can't even access anything on my old account.
This is completely absurd. 45 days to delete documents and I can't access my account while your delete the data? And it takes 45 days to delete data? What kind of company is this? It's hard to believe this is Intuit, which is a public company. This seems like a scam and I'm guessing I'm not the only one who is shocked at how terrible TurboTax online is. You don't provide any way to delete documents, unless you ask to delete all your data, and then if you ask that you get locked out of your account? Ultimately, I was forced to use Turbotax online, as you no longer provide any support for certain versions of Windows for the desktop version. Honestly, I don't see how I could ever trust Intuit again and I would recommend that nobody use the online service. It's a total disaster and completely unsecure.
