I lost my card so I requested a replacment ,it never showed up after a month greendot told me that I should have received it on the tenth, so I had to request another one I asked if I can have it expedited to me and they told me that they do not give that option I can only recieve it threw regular mail ,so they supposvly resent the card again which did not show up so I purchased another greendot card with intentions to link that card to my account or somehow transfer the money from my account cuss one customer service agent told me that I in fact was able to link the cards together! When i call bk the next day to attempt to do so they tell me that I do not have that option either , so I ask if I would be able to recieve my 16 digit card number ,the exp date ,and the cvv # so I can create a account threw the mobile app so I can acsess my money myself because not one out of like all 20 people i.have talked with are able to help me acsess my account somehow I did not create a mobile app account origanaly because when I filled out the efile application all the IRS needed was my banking and routing number to send me the stimulus money but unfortunately they cannot give me that information I also asked for the information I would need to send my money to a cash app they cant give me that info either so after raising hell with customer service all of a sudden they lady tells me that now she is able to expedite the card to me for some reason so I gladly agree and ask her if I can get a tracking number for my card then she tells me that I have to call bk in 24 hours to recieve the # which I thought sounded a little sketchy to me but what choice do I have apparently, now they are telling me that cannot find any status in there system of the tracking number not even on them is using me another card , I know that there has to be somthing that I can do or someone I can talk to that can help me???
NO ONE on this public forum or anyone at TT can help you with the GreenDot card ... see the instructions in the other answer on how to contact the bank.

This is a public Internet forum. You not should post any personal info here in the user community. It looks like you posted card numbers above. You should remove it for your protection. You can edit your posting above by clicking on the tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your comment. I've also notified a Moderator so they may remove it in the meantime, but they aren't around at night.
It looks like the forum privacy filter rightly removed your phone number in one of your comments, but you'll have to remove the other numbers in the other comment manually by editing it. Otherwise a Moderator I've notified will likely remove it during the day. Again, for your security and protection, please do not post any personal info in this public Internet forum.

The TT system is using the Credit Karma account with an attached debit card this year ...
you will need to reach out to Credit Karma. You can contact them by clicking here.
If you recently requested your Credit Karma Visa® Debit card, either when you opened your account or because you requested a new one, it should arrive within 7-14 calendar days. If it has been 15 days or more since you requested your debit card, you can request a new one through your Credit Karma Spend account.
When you are waiting to receive your new debit card, be on the lookout for a burgundy envelope. The envelope doesn’t say a lot on the outside so you may want to be especially careful when sorting your mail when you are expecting your new card.
We send your debit card through the US Postal Service so it should arrive with your regular mail. We are also aware that some debit card deliveries can take a little longer than normal due to bad weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances. If you have had delays with any of your other mail delivery it will likely impact delivery of your new debit card as well.
Since we are using a standard envelope to send your new debit card to you, we do not have precise tracking available. We know when your card was sent but we can’t really tell how close it is until it arrives and you activate it online.
While you wait for your new debit card to arrive, you can begin using funds from your Credit Karma Money Spend account right away by adding a virtual card to either Apple Pay or Google Pay.
You can locate this option through the Credit Karma mobile app by accessing your Credit Karma Money Spend Settings page under Debit card & ATM settings.

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
