It is litterally impossible to get your address changed. I was on hold for 3 hours. Finally got out through then they told me they were switching me to an account specialist and was brought back to the starting menu. Someone help! This should be illegal
If it has been longer than 5-10 business days since your return was accepted, log in to report it lost/stolen. Make sure you have your account number. You can find your account number located at the bottom of your 1040 in the direct deposit section.

@jahniecebrown Please do not post your address to this public web site where it can be seen by scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. Go to the three little blue dots on the upper right of your post and click them to edit out your address ASAP.

My child is sick with virus I need a new debit card been trying to get his medicine for 2 days now this company locked my card out the [phone number removed] is not working my name is Marquiketala [phone number removed] card ending in 1568 need help asap. My child die because this company can't reply to their customers not fair or right I'm filling a lawsuit.

They only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169. Follow the steps below. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent. Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
