To print your 2022 tax return worksheets and schedules after you file, please follow these instructions:
This doesn't work. It does not show any prior years. It only brings up "Print, Save, or Preview This Year's Return", which I do not want. If I click it, it wants to go through this years return and finalize it.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
You are asking a totally different question so of course it will not work for you ... log in, scroll down and click on the year you want then the options to save a PDF or the .taxfile will be presented. The ADD A STATE trick is only for the most current tax year.
Yes I tried to download the pdf, but my CPA still says it does not include the asset worksheets needed.
Don't know if you can get the from the Online version. Form 4562 is just a Summary of the Depreciation for the current year and doesn't list the items.
Using the Desktop program you can get an Asset Life History worksheet but you have to do it in Forms Mode, click Forms in the upper right (upper left for Mac) You can't get detailed worksheet showing all the assets but you can get the Asset Life History on each one. It doesn't print out with your return or save in the pdf. So you have to print each Asset Life History individually.
I just talked to someone in the chat from TurboTax. We had to download the software and than activate the states in question, than save/open the .Tax documents on the downloaded software While on the desktop version, I was able to see all the property and asset worksheets. Thank you!
