I would like to request a PDF of my 2019 tax returns. If you could help me get them I’d greatly appreciate it.

TurboTax cannot mail or email your tax returns to you.  You can download the PDF of your tax returns yourself.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

I'm a retired Postal employee. I have Asperger's Syndrome + I'm getting senile. I'm trying to apply for our stimulus checks and I need my adjusted gross income. I don't know what 'Adjusted Gross Income' means, or where to find it on my Annuity statement? I just need my copy of my returns. Maybe I can figure it all out there!

Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.

Form 1040        line 7

If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2018

If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead.  If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2018 AGI may not be in the system.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

Just to clarify, do you receive an email from TurboTax stating that your 2019 returns have been accepted or rejected?

To access your 2019 return:

1. Sign in at TurboTax.com.
2. Go to Tax Home and scroll down and select Your tax returns & documents. Here, you'll see the years of taxes you've filed with TurboTax.
   • If you don't see any returns when you sign in, you might be using the wrong user ID. Check to see if you have another account.
3. Select 2019 and choose Download/print return (PDF) to get a copy or Download .tax file if you need the data file for the TurboTax software.

If access to your 2019 return has expired, you'll get a link with instructions on how to regain access.
