Charged $300 total for tax refund when it should be free to my knowledge.

I want my money back, at the end of me filing my taxes it charged me $64 for state, $200 for turbo tax and an extra $40 to pull that money out of my total tax refund.  I want a refund all I filed for was a Single Income W2.  Why would they charge me that much money when it is supposedly free?  Anytime I call their customer service line it is a automated robot that just feeds me back to this page.  PLEASE HELP.

When you were in the File section of the program on Step 1, you were shown the Order Summary.  If you disagreed with the cost, why did you continue and pay for the account fee?

You could have removed any option shown and you could have also cleared the tax return and started over with a lower priced edition or you could have used another service.
