I filed 2019 to make sure my details were on record for the stimulus payment, but it has been five weeks now and my refund is "still being processed", which means I cannot use any of the IRS tools to track my stimulus payment and there is no one to talk to at the IRS.
We are about to come in to a new month with fresh bills and no stimulus check. This is very stressful and there is nowhere to turn when TurboTax tells us to "contact the IRS" and the IRS says "we are not taking calls". Who are we supposed to get information from?

As frustrating as it may be, the only source of information about your income tax refund is the IRS site. TurboTax does not receive any information about your return after it has been filed.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I understand this is intended to help, but it doesn't. People in my situation have tried all these links and searched all this information and there is none available for us. This is an issue and it is affecting us in real time. From the comment section, there are a lot of people in the same boat and maybe Turbo Tax could use it's collective power to reach out to the IRS and find out how much longer we have to wait.
I'm in the same boat. I'm on the brink of a nervous breakdown. Savings are nearly gone I will definitely not make it for June's payments there is no where to turn to get help!! 😭😭
I am very unsatisfied
isn't there a money-back guarantee if not satisfied
I rely on that money and no one seems to care
they don't help there customers maybe I will no longer be one
I'm still waiting on my tax return and still waiting for my stimulus and now TT wants to charge me because the IRS is holding up processing. It's hard to believe they don't have A contact who can help.
Same. Still waiting. Now TT is charging my account because I opted to have the fees taken from my return and COVID has shut down the IRS.
