How do I purchase a cd/download version of It's Deductible 2018?

It's also not a product which has annual versions. Anytime you log in to it, you would have access to your current year's donations plus (currently) the previous two years.

Our internet service is poor at best. Outages and frequent transmission problems plague us. Is there some version I can run on my home computer?

There is an app for mobile devices.  I have actually found it to be easier then the web version.

I understand that when logging in I have access to current year deductions and two years prior. Can I go further back, say three or four years?

@Beansie You are able to see all of your prior year returns that you completed in your account. Follow the instructions in this FAQ here to access prior years returns. See this FAQ here if you are having issues locating your return. You can also get a copy of your return by doing the following;

• Order a free tax return transcript online or by mail from the IRS that has a lot (but not all) of the information from the return. Some people may not be able to do this.
• Pay the IRS $50 for an exact copy of your return

The internal TurboTax "Experts" don't know anything about It's Deductible. I called in to report that the 2022 data - categories, items and such - had not been loaded, and she had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. It took me repeating myself a good half dozen times, and guiding her back from talking about my tax return, before she finally started to realize that there's this other Intuit application out there that works with TurboTax.
