There is a place in the personal income section called "miscellaneous" or "miscellaneous other" income which is a catchall for any income that doesn't fit anywhere else.
It's the last option on the income index screen if I remember correctly -- NOT to be confused with the similar-sounding 1099-MISC "miscellaneous" income which contractors and freelancers get for non-employee income.
Anyhow you can report the interest in that catchall section and remove the 1099-INT

I'm sorry you're having trouble - are you trying to file NY by chance? I believe that must be efiled per state mandate.
Otherwise, you should be able to file a paper state return, assuming you have a federal return in TurboTax. (The program won't let you file a state without at least creating a federal return).

The IRS must have made an adjustment to your return. You will get an explanatory letter someday, but don't hold your breath; they are so backed up with correspondence due to their COVID-19 shutdown earlier this year.
You can try calling them in a few days - not today for obvious reasons. An IRS rep may be able to explain exactly what happened on their end.

It doesn't sound like you do - if you have no income and your husband is filing his own return under Married Filing Separate status, there's no need for you to file a return for yourself, hence no extension.
An extension just gives you more time to file, but I can't see why you'd be filing anyway.

Nope. You have to pay taxes to the state where you earned the money, regardless of where you lived. For example, residents of NJ and PA who work in New York have to file a NY return to report their income as well as a return for their resident state.
You'll file a nonresident Massachusetts return to report MA-sourced income, and you won't have to file a NH return as you probably already know.

You can save and print in the Free version anytime up until TurboTax shuts down, which is around mid-October of every year. If you purchase the PLUS add-on, it'll give you access to your tax return after the shutdown (just like Deluxe and higher versions).
So to answer your question, if you are using Free and want to save your return anytime between now and mid-October, you can do so, just like the paid versions.

Those are probably estimated payment vouchers (1040-ES). TurboTax will generate them for next year's (2020) taxes in certain cases, like if you didn't pay enough tax this year or you're self-employed. Those have nothing to do with anything you owe for 2019. You can toss them if you don't pay estimated tax. This article explains more:

I'm assuming you're talking about your 2019 IRS refund?
If you paper-filed, expect a long delay (more info at https://www.irs.gov/refunds).
If you e-filed and it was accepted, you should call the IRS but don't call them today - they're swamped. Wait a few days then call. Instructions on the link I posted above.

Did you do this recently? It can take several days (or even longer with this COVID-19 stuff) for the payment to get debited or charged to your card. As long as your return was submitted by the deadline you shouldn't get a late payment penalty.
