I'm assuming you're talking about your 2019 IRS refund?

If you paper-filed, expect a long delay (more info at https://www.irs.gov/refunds).

If you e-filed and it was accepted, you should call the IRS but don't call them today - they're swamped. Wait a few days then call. Instructions on the link I posted above.
