Here are a few ways to get information on what you paid to TurboTax: You can look through your email inbox for an order confirmation email with the subject line Your TurboTax Payment Confirmation. This email will contain your order details. From your TurboTax Online account: Log into your TurboTax account Click 'Load my Tax Timeline', from the Tax Timeline screen (this is the screen you will be on once you sign in) Click 'Tax Year 2016' (or Tax Year 2015 if you want the prior year) Click 'View order details' You can also use this link to see your order history. Hello @desisay! It sounds like you are having issues printing in TurboTax Desktop. First, check that your printer is working by printing something from a different program. If it is, follow these instructions to print a copy of your return. If your printer isn't working, many printing problems can be resolved by installing the latest version of Adobe Reader (it's free). If that didn't help: Make sure your printer's drivers and computer's operating system are up-to-date. Make sure your TurboTax software is up-to-date. Make sure the printer you're using is your default printer. Remove all other devices (like external or thumb drives and scanners) as they can interfere with printers. Shut your computer and printer down for 15-30 seconds and then turn them back on. If your printer is on a network, try a direct connection to a printer using a cable. Hello @ebartley1! Here's how to download directly from TurboTax.com: Sign in to your TurboTax account using the same login you used when you made your purchase. If you're not already on the Downloads tab, select it. Select the corresponding blue button for the product you wish to download. If you don’t see your product, use account recovery to find out if you have other usernames associated with your email. Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it. If you need help finding your download, check our instructions for Windows or Mac. Finally, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file. Hello @Itsjalesha! An e-file rejection just means that some things on your return don't match the IRS database. If you're looking to fix a stimulus reject code, go here. If you're looking to amend (change) your return, go here. If you received an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com, it'll give you a brief explanation of your reject and how to update it. You can also sign in to your TurboTax account and select Fix my return to see your reject code and explanation. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection, and continue through to refile your return (either e-file or file by mail). Note: Not all rejections will have explicit guides to fixing the information. If you aren't guided to your solution, search for the item causing your rejection and go to that section (you might also be able to find your rejection in the below list of the most “popular” IRS rejects). Make the change and select File in the left-hand menu. Follow the onscreen instructions to either e-file your return or file by mail. Hello @5207-1380-191j! It sounds like you are interested in clearing your return and starting over. As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. Sign in and select a topic to continue your return. On the next screen, from the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, and then Clear & Start Over (select the menu icon in the upper-left corner if you don't see this menu). Hello @kehbrownsteele! Typically after tax returns are received by the IRS, refunds are issued within 21 days but due to recent changes due to Covid-19 your tax return may take longer to process. Also, keep in mind that the IRS is more than likely receiving a high volume of tax returns at this time which may cause a delay on a status update on your return. You can check the status of your return/refund at Irs.gov We also have a great article on the subject: Where's My Tax Refund? Otherwise, if you are seeing that your return status has not been updated, according to the IRS: "Some tax returns take longer to process than others for many reasons. We will contact you by mail when we need more information to process your return." Hello @brian-mistyduckw! It sounds like you are running into some issues when attempting to pay for TurboTax. I recommend verifying that all of the associated information you are entering with the credit card is accurate as the card issuer has it on file, especially the billing address. You can also verify that the CVV/CVC code is correct which is a three digit code on the back of your card (4 digits for Amex). Also, the billing address on your credit card and the mailing address on your tax return have to match or you will get an error for paying with a credit card. If they are not the same, change your mailing address to match your billing address: Click on My Info on the left side of the screen. Edit your mailing address and Continue. Go back to the File section to make your payment. After the payment has been approved, go back to My Info and change the address back to the original. Hope that helps! Adrian E

Hello @michcope34! It sounds like you need to delete a dependent from your tax return. Please follow these steps to remove a dependent in TurboTax: In your return, click on Personal Info tab Your Personal Info Summary will display On the Personal Info Summary screen, your dependents are listed just below your filing status Click on the Delete button for the dependent which you wish to delete A pop-up box will display, asking whether you wish to delete the dependent – click the Yes button to delete the dependent Click on Done button When you return to the Personal Info Summary page, the removed dependent will no longer display View solution in original post Hope that helps!
