Accessing my purchases history

Hello @ebartley1!

Here are a few ways to get information on what you paid to TurboTax:

You can look through your email inbox for an order confirmation email with the subject line Your TurboTax Payment Confirmation. This email will contain your order details.

From your TurboTax Online account: 

1. Log into your TurboTax account
2. Click 'Load my Tax Timeline', from the Tax Timeline screen (this is the screen you will be on once you sign in)
3. Click 'Tax Year 2016' (or Tax Year 2015 if you want the prior year)
4. Click 'View order details'

You can also use this link to see your order history. You have to be signed into the TurboTax account used to complete the taxes for the year you're looking to get information:
