I don't have a cell phone, I keep requesting a phone call rather than a text and I'm not getting a call. I've done everything the support says including deleting cache (which shouldn't matter but I did it anyway). I've tried calling twice (so frustrating!!) I deal with the disembodied voice until I am ready to strangle her, finally get told I'm being transferred to a "specialist" only to be hung up on - TWICE!!. I can't complete my taxes until I get the stupid code. I've done this for 7 years and have never had to get a phone call before. Please, just file my dang taxes already! If you can no longer do this without all this hassle then I'll delete my account with you and use someone else. this is ridiculous.
An option is to receive it via email. If you request it by email, you cannot leave the Turbo Tax screen to retrieve it, because it will make the code void. You would need to open another window to get that code and then enter it in.

I'll assume you are asking about the 6-digit code to verify your email address prior to filing.
As @SweetieJean mentioned, first check your email's spam/junk folder. And also see the following FAQ about troubleshooting that email verification process. It also tells you how you can go to Account Settings and enter a different email address, if desired.

Mine had an old phone number. You can change the phone number if it is wrong.
I'm not receiving my 6 digit code no matter how many times i go back and try to find it or resent it or change the email still not coming
I am not receiving the call on my phone with 6 digit code verify my identity so I can’t complete my tax return. I have tried over several days to sign in to my turbotax account, and when told a phone call has been sent to my phone with a 6 digit code, I have received no phone call. The phone number attached to my account is correct.
