I'll assume you are asking about the 6-digit code to verify your email address prior to filing.

 

 As @SweetieJean mentioned, first check your email's spam/junk folder.     And also see the following FAQ about troubleshooting that email verification process.  It also tells you how you can go to Account Settings and enter a different email address, if desired.
