Hi,
Thank you. I have already tried everything. I saw other people are having the same issue. When logging in, no matter which browser I use, it makes me answer all the questions and choose a program again. Then it does that a second time. It's happened to me all day today. Then, it will not allow me to edit my K1 info. It also keeps saying 'something we wrong' when trying to add rental income. There is a problem with Turbotax. Is it being worked on? Since there is no technical support via phone, how can I get this situation resolved?
