Why can I not use Turbotax.com on line? 1/31/2020

Every time I log into turbotax.com, it tells me I need to update Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.  I have updated Chrome on my desktop and laptop and I continue to get the same message.  It won't even let me log on to my account.  Why can't I used turbotax online?

Please try refreshing your browser and clearing out your cookies. If that does not work, try clearing out your browser's cache. You may also want to try a different browser.
