What is your question?  We can probably answer you faster here in the forum.  Did you buy the Home & Business version?  Do you need help downloading or installing It?

I purchased the Home & Biz + MD State Software version from Amazon. I downloaded it ok (I thought). But in trying to re-access, none of my account credentials are "recognized." After several days of futile attempts and numerous attempts to obtain help, I opted to establish a "new" account.

Same email and telephone #, but new User Name and Password. I can now sign in, but am not able to link my purchase to my account. Once I am able to accomplish this, I will have several accounting questions that will channel my next steps. Hopefully once I am "in", I will be able to breeze along.

If you or someone can help with my accounting questions during my dwell time, that would be extremely helpful. Please advise accordingly, with my sincere gratitude. Thank you.

The Desktop program doesn't sync up with your online account.  Did you get it installed ok and entered the 14 digit License Code to activate it?
