Where do I get the confirmation number to enter into my Turbo Tax Deluxe (desktop) program?

Until the IRS starts processing your tax return there may not be a record of it on the IRS website.  If your federal return was just accepted today, please wait 24 hours before checking the status. The IRS updates the Where's My Refund site only once a day and that is usually in the overnight hours.  Please also see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information:
