What did you purchase from Costco? Did you purchase a CD in the store, or did you purchase a software download from Costco's website?
Have you installed the software, but have reached a roadblock after installation and can't enter the license code?
Or did you happen to use Online Deluxe (web version) by mistake instead of the installed software, and it's now asking you to pay?
i cant enter my code either

You didn't mention where you reach a roadblock, so we have to try to guess. See if this guess is what you are experiencing:
Are you using the Windows version of the desktop software, and after installing are you getting a blank activation screen?
If so, a blank activation screen may be related to either a screen resolution or scaling problem in your Windows settings.
In your Windows Settings do you have scaling set to a higher value than the normal 100%? If so, change it back to 100%. Once the license code is entered and activated, you can later change your scaling setting back like it was.
In Windows 10 to get to the scaling or resolution settings click the Windows start button in lower left corner, then choose Settings (gear icon), then System, then Display.
If lowering the scaling to 100% didn't help, then it may be screen resolution. Try a lower screen resolution such as 800x600. Once you get the license activated, you can revert your resolution setting back like it was.
The purchase included two ways to install: cd or download

What is it you want to do? If you purchased a CD, but want a downloaded installation file instead, the instructions to get a download should be on the CD, or see my long answer at the link below, which includes images of the process.
I cannot activate the turbo tax because I do not see the license code

Please explain what that means. Do you not know the license code? i.e., can you not find it in your order materials? Did you buy a CD or a download?
If you bought a CD from an authorized retailer, then inside the box or cardboard packet there should be a cardboard sleeve containing the CD. The license code should be on the CD sleeve or insert in the packet/box.
See this FAQ for other situations about locating a license code in CD products or download:

Or do you have the license code, but at the end of installation is the activation popup screen blank or partially blank, or has a blue dot? And so you cannot enter the license code you have?
purchased deluxe version from Costco, license code doesn't work

Did you purchase a download or a CD? After you install the program, what happens when you get to the activation screen and enter the license code? Is there any error message?

I have installed the software, but have reached a roadblock after installation and can't enter the license code? The code box is there. I just cannot enter anything--no cursor.

Are you using Windows? If so, then your cursor problem is likely related to this:
A blank, partially-blank, missing activation screen, or one with non-functioning elements may be related to either a screen resolution or scaling problem in your Windows settings.
In Windows 10 to get to the scaling or resolution settings click the Windows start button in lower left corner, then choose Settings (gear icon), then System, then Display. Or for a shortcut, you may be able to simply right-click on an empty area of the main Windows desktop monitor screen (not the TurboTax program screen) and in the popup menu choose "Display settings".
NOTE: After you change the scaling or resolution setting as discussed below, you may need to close and relaunch TurboTax for the change to take place in that activation window.
First try the scaling setting. In your Windows Settings do you have scale set to a higher value than the normal 100%? If so, change it back to 100%. Once the license code is entered and activated, you can later change your scaling setting back like it was.
If lowering the scaling to 100% didn't help, then it may be screen resolution. Try a lower screen resolution such as 800x600. If that doesn't work, then try 1024x768. If still not working, then gradually increase the screen resolution to the next level. Once you get the license activated, you can revert your resolution setting back like it was.
I bought a CD in a Costco wellhouse, but my computer has no CD player. Last year I bought same one, when I start to download it, the screen showed a box, that let me to enter the license code of this product, that means I already paid the fee. Now when I started to download the software, there is no place to let me enter the license code. What will I do?
Please see the below TurboTax help article to assist with this issue.
This is not working out well. I can't find where to enter my code for TurboTax. Where is it?
