What item are you waiting on? If you are using the Desktop program be sure to update frequently. They usually update on Thursdays but Last week my program updated on Wed, Thur and Friday.

Am I considered Resident Alien? I’m on an H1B visa, residing in the USA since January 2020? Can my husband file with me? he is on F1 and in US since June 2022?
