What are you actually trying to do? You cannot use online TurboTax now. Online tax preparation and e-filing are permanently closed for 2018. If you need to change something on your 2018 return before you file, you have to use desktop software now,
Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2018 returns is now permanently closed. You had until midnight on Tuesday, October 15 to finish and attempt to e-file; if your e-file was rejected you had until October 20 to make corrections and re-file. Now it is too late to use online software or to e-file. If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2018 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device).
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday.
If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe. Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
Actually the reset is not needed ... the payment that did not go thru will be released automatically in a few days. Now you need to print, ink sign and mail in the return. Payment should be sent with the tax return ... or you can go online at the feds or state websites to make direct payments.
Looks like you are going to need to do a Credit Card Reset. That way we can reset it in our system and call the vendor the IRS uses to accept credit card payments and have them drop the pending charge.
In order to do this you will need to contact us via phone (because this is a public forum we we cannot collect personal info here), and we will need to gather the following information:
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth for the Primary Taxpayer on the return

this is not true im trying to speak with a rep and it states i need the plus plan but i need to speak with someone
cause i need a charge that was already voided to not be held anymore
