I paid for this! How can you tell me I'm using the free edition when I pay automatically every year? Is this because my house burned down destroying everything including my computer before I could begin my return? You gave me the free edition instead of the premium edition and now I can't get you to answer a simple question and you won't let me file online because everything was lost in the fire and I can't access my agi from last year? If this is so, how can I get my money back for the premium edition? What terrible customer service! Do you treat all your customers this way?
Your post does not show what version of the software you are using. That was a general answer explaining how to contact support that you took a bit personally. If you are using Premier then you need to contact customer support from within your software program.

To download updates in TurboTax Desktop, in the top menu select "Online" then "Check for Updates"
need to talk to someone to erase a return I am working on and start over. all help topics send me to on line version and I am using Premiere which I purchased
If you bought the Desktop program you can't clear or delete it. To start over you just start a NEW return, go up to FILE-NEW and ignore the wrong return. You can delete the wrong return like any other file on your computer. The returns end in .tax2020 and should be in your Documents in a TurboTax folder. But be careful not to delete the good one.
