Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I paid for this!  How can you tell me I'm using the free edition when I pay automatically every year?  Is this because my house burned down destroying everything including my computer before I could begin my return?  You gave me the free edition instead of the premium edition and now I can't get you to answer a simple question and you won't let me file online because everything was lost in the fire and I can't access my agi from last year?  If this is so, how can I get my money back for the premium edition?  What terrible customer service!  Do you treat all your customers this way?
