Why is the tax return being rejected?
"R0000-932-02 - If "Amended Return" checkbox is not checked, then taxpayer TIN in the Return Header must not be the same as a TIN of a previously accepted electronic return for the return type and tax period indicated in the tax return."
It also stated that it was already accepted by the IRS; however my status states that I still need to fix my taxes.
I've followed through with the directions, and right now the federal return is pending.
However, it's highly unlikely to be accepted because I've already gone through the process before and the same cycle keeps happening:
I click continue, and it directs me to review my personal information then submits an e-file fund request and the same cycle starts over: reject, attempt to fix, send e-file fund request, reject, etc.

If you already e-filed a 2020 tax return and it was Accepted by the IRS then you cannot e-file another tax return of the same type.
Did you receive an email from TurboTax that the federal tax return was Accepted by the IRS?
Are you amending the tax return to correct an error on the original tax return? If so, what was incorrect on the original tax return that it would need to be amended?
Note - Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
What do I need to do to fix my tax return? I tried fixing the tax returns, but it keeps being rejected.

You received an email from TurboTax for the rejection. What is the rejection code and rejection message?
My return keep getting rejected after multiple times. How do I fix it . All information is correct .

Help me what is It and I gotta do is it my routing number is in my bank it's wrong with what's going on why is it being rejected
If your return is rejected, you can update your routing/account and any issues that caused the rejection. Open your return in TurboTax and go through the File section again to update your bank routing/account before re-submitting your return.
You can find the ABA routing number at the bottom of your checks. The ABA Routing Number is the left-most number, followed by your account number, and then by the number of the check
If you are unsure you can also contact your bank. Or do a Google search using your bank's name and location.
