Thanks for your expert advice!
Although quite useful and accurate, following your suggested instructions could not resolve my issue, because of the existence of a confusing bug in the TurboTax software.
It took me an extra 10 hours to remove the bug with the help of your specialist co-workers over the phone / Internet.
What made my issue more challenging was the TurboTax’s restriction of not letting me reset / erase everything and start all over again—simply because I had already paid for TurboTax service.
The long story short, I erased all my income, and entered them again. This changed the TurboTax ‘s confusing error message into a clear error message, which I was able to see and fix.
After that, based on the third TurboTax specialist advice, I ignored the WRONG display of “$0.00” for my correctly entered amount of “$1,160” for my “1099-NEC” and successfully transmitted my TurboTax tax files to IRS. A minute later IRS accepted both of my federal and state tax files.
Huge thanks to those caring and patient TurboTax specialists!

continuation of my question posted above:
Explanation:
I am an Uber & Lyft driver.
For my Tax 2020 I received the following three forms online:
On TurboTax, I have entered $1160 (from Box 1 of my “Form 1099-NEC”, from LYFT) as my year 2020 non-employee compensation and I have, also, added a line and entered the rest of my income ($10,963 from Lyft + Uber) as my “Other self-employed income”.
I have no choice but to show both of the above incomes on my TurboTax. But (as you see in the TurboTax WARNING message above) TurboTax will not proceed with my e-filing without having me remove one of the above two figures.
So, what should I do?
Thanks much!

The 1099-NEC is correct. But there is a procedure to follow to enter the UBER and LYFT summary. You cannot just enter it on one line as other self-employed income.
Follow these steps for each of your summaries:

I think I may have originally entered the information as to the 1099-NEC Worksheet (LYFT). incorrectly, as I did check this with my bank, and, they informed me that this would not apply to my income total. I evidently forgot to eliminate this entry when I completed my the forms, and sent them to you for processing..
They, also, confirmed to me that the only income I am responsible to report, was the $18,867 I entered on both my Federal & State Tax Return forms.
If that's what is holding up processing of my 2020 Federal & State Income Tax Returns, please take it off for me, if you would, and file my corrected returns asap!
If there's anything else, please let me know, so we can finally complete this process.
Thank you for your assistance & understanding in this situation; and, as always,
You have a very blessed day!

Due to security purposes, we cannot access to your return to make any corrections for you. TurboTax cannot file your taxes for you either. You, as the taxpayer would have to file on your own.
If you have already e filed and been waiting for the IRS to approve, to amend, please wait until the IRS processed and accepted your return. It would normally take at least about 21 days before the IRS approved your return. Due to the IRS s backlog from Covid, some returns require longer time to be reviewed.
Generally, you will need to enter the information in both Form 1099-NEC and Schedule C sections. You would start from the 1099-NEC section under "1099-MISC and Other Common Income". You would then follow prompts to tell the program you are filing a Schedule C. As it creates a Schedule C for you, you will need to go to the Schedule C portion separately to confirm your income amount, add related expenses and complete required information.
