Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Although quite useful and accurate, following your suggested instructions could not resolve my issue, because of the existence of a confusing bug in the TurboTax software.

 

It took me an extra 10 hours to remove the bug with the help of your specialist co-workers over the phone / Internet.

 

What made my issue more challenging was the TurboTax’s restriction of not letting me reset / erase everything and start all over again—simply because I had already paid for TurboTax service.

 

The long story short, I erased all my income, and entered them again.  This changed the TurboTax ‘s confusing error message into a clear error message, which I was able to see and fix.

 

After that, based on the third TurboTax specialist advice, I ignored the WRONG display of “$0.00” for my correctly entered amount of “$1,160” for my “1099-NEC” and successfully transmitted my TurboTax tax files to IRS.  A minute later IRS accepted both of my federal and state tax files.
