I am having a problem e-filing my return.. My W-2 with United of Omaha shows no amount in Box 10 ( Dependent care benefits) and Turbo-tax refuses to transmit my return..

It's telling me to add the first three characters of my document number on my ID I've added all the characters I don't know what else they want me to add
