I am having a problem e-filing my return.. My W-2 with United of Omaha shows no amount in Box 10 ( Dependent care benefits) and Turbo-tax refuses to transmit my return..

I am sole prop income of $40K. when I went through the worksheet to "maximize my contribution" it said I could contribute $31K. I thought the limit was 20-25% of income?
