Just to clarify, the W2 that you received from your employer is blank?
If you did not, in fact, have any federal or state taxes withheld from your wages from that employer, then you simply leave the corresponding fields blank in TurboTax, or you can enter a 0.
If you had taxes withheld but your W-2 does not show them, or if you had wages but they are not shown in box 1, you will need to contact your employer for a corrected W-2.
@jeffery-deitrich What is on your W2? Is Wages in box 1 blank? Or did you get a 1099NEC? Did you get 2 W2 from the same employer?
It was an error from the employer. We received a new W-2 that had the information. Thank you all for the help.
@jeffery-deitrich Since your employer mailed you a new W2, please click I got a W-2c from my employer. How do I handle this? if you have questions on how to enter it. Please feel free to also post any more questions in this thread.
You can also click How do I change my W-2 info in TurboTax?.
What do I do to fill out my taxes if my W-2 does not list any amounts in the federal and state tax fields on my W2?
Can you clarify if the entire W2 is blank in all boxes, or are there certain boxes (like box 2 and 17) that are blank?

If box 2 and box 17 do not have an amount entered but you have wages entered in box 1 and in box 16, enter a 0 in box 2 and a 0 in box 17.
