I can login and when I click on "Pick up where you left off" or "Work on other income"
This turbotax online errors out : "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection."
THIS IS GOING ON FOR HOURS. Happens on Mac, windows, all browsers, despite clearing cookies and cache.
The customer service:
The first phone call : Support lady, was laughing and blaming my internet. (sadly, I showed her my internet speed, all the websites were working well like Amazon, google, Microsoft with no issues with login)
Transferred to second person from technical support:
He patiently listened and raised an internal ticket and said, he cannot help. As he doesn’t see any issues from internal chat.
End Result : I may have to avoid turbotax from now on. And so will many others , if they give round about answers. IN SHORT, IF THEY DON'T ACCEPT THERE IS AN ISSUE. HOW CAN THEY EVEN FIX IT?

This is indeed an issue TurboTax has been working on for awhile with some customers. Since you have determined it is not your internet connection, please click here to sign up to receive an alert once this has been resolved.
With tax deadline approaching, its hard to inspire confidence.
The page you mentioned is now missing, and the issue has received no updates and isn't resolved.
I would suggest closing out of TurboTax, clearing your cache, deleting your cookies and rebooting.
