Turbotax Online error, cannot file : "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection"

I can login and when I click on "Pick up where you left off" or "Work on other income" 

This turbotax online errors out : "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection."

THIS IS GOING ON FOR HOURS. Happens on Mac, windows, all browsers, despite clearing cookies and cache.

 

The customer service: 

The first phone call : Support lady, was laughing and blaming my internet. (sadly, I showed her my internet speed, all the websites were working well like Amazon, google, Microsoft with no issues with login)

Transferred to second person from technical support:

He patiently listened and raised an internal ticket and said, he cannot help. As he doesn’t see any issues from internal chat.

End Result : I may have to avoid turbotax from now on. And so will many others , if they give round about answers. IN SHORT, IF THEY DON'T ACCEPT THERE IS AN ISSUE. HOW CAN THEY EVEN FIX IT?
