Which financial institution are you trying to import from?
Wells Fargo Advisors. I checked with them (WFA) and was suspicious when they first replied that TT doesn't accept special characters. They elevated the issue and I received a reply verifying the problem. I changed passwords at WFA to omit the special characters and it worked. Seems like a TT problem.
Just as a follow up, I’ve been using TT for many years and have not experienced this problem before.
