TurboTax advanced premier

I paid for a turbotax desktop advantage premier 2024 download for a MAC on 11/07/24.  I have not been able to get into it.  Had to sion with a different package that I do not like.

You may need to manually uninstall and reinstall TurboTax. 

If doing that does not assist, please follow the steps in this link to troubleshoot the issue.  Please comment back if these do not resolve the issue.

There is actually an option to purchase and have a CD sent to you if you prefer.
